Terms of Service

Phazon Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a website audit and conversion intelligence platform operated by Nuvox Digital, a UK-based web agency. The service is available at phazonlabs.io.

Phazon Labs provides automated analysis of publicly accessible websites, including security, speed, SEO, mobile experience, and GDPR compliance checks.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use Phazon Labs.

You may only create one account per person or organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts that provide false information.

You agree to use Phazon Labs only to scan websites that you own or have explicit authorisation to audit. You must not use Phazon Labs to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have no authorisation to audit
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or overwhelm any server
• Circumvent rate limiting, quotas, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Phazon Labs software
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Phazon Labs offers a Free tier and paid plans (Pro and Agency). Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at checkout for UK customers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months unless required by law.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support@phazonlabs.com within 30 days of your first payment.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Phazon Labs and all associated trademarks, logos, and software remain the property of Nuvox Digital. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform.

Scan results generated for your websites are yours. We do not claim ownership of your data.

We may use anonymised, aggregated scan data to improve the platform and produce industry benchmarks. We will never publish identifiable data about your sites without your consent.

PDF reports and Cyber Essentials Readiness Reports generated by Phazon Labs are technical assessments based on automated checks. They are not a substitute for professional legal or security advice.

The CE Readiness Report is a technical readiness assessment and does not constitute official Cyber Essentials certification. Official certification must be obtained through an accredited certification body.

Phazon Labs is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvox Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Phazon Labs.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@phazonlabs.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use Phazon Labs ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days for audit purposes before deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
